Teams need to finish 1 orienteering section and 2 looped sections identified with markers and ribbons along the route. Teams are free to choose the order to complete these 3 sections, and then they can finish the last leg to the finish.

Orienteering - Lost World; 2 looped Sections - Water World & Jungle World; Final Leg - El Dorado

Youth (under 21 years old), Open (No Age Limit), Senior (over 35 years old) and Master (combined age over 90)
There are Men’s, Women’s and Mixed sub-categories in each main categories.
