Trans Oz Bike Ride 2011

The Trans Oz Bike Ride will take you through the picturesque towns of mid Victoria, across major rivers such as the Murray and Thomson, pit you against the heat and dust of New South Wales and lead you around the Paluma Range before you sight the Coral Sea towards the end of your journey.

From outback towns with a permanent population of less than 10 people, through to major settlements such as Broken Hill, Longreach and Winton, you will return having seen more of Australia than most other people ever do. You will learn to expect the unexpected, as emus dart across the road ahead or you see kangaroos bound across the surrounding countryside. You may even see shingle back lizards and the occasional snake.
