Run & Bike Forest Challenge

Teams of two. One runs, one cycles. You can swap as often as you like or not at all. You must stay within 10 metres of one another and cross the finishing line together.
The event is suitable for a wide range of competitors from beginners to elite with the emphasis on enjoyment.

3 Circuits:
o Kiddie (6 to 12 years old) : 5 km
o Family : 15 km
o Mighty : 30 km
