In 2011, there will be three races, at two-week intervals.
Race 1: Sunday April 17
Race 2: Sunday May 8
Race 3: Sunday May 22
Two distances will be on offer each race day. The longer race will be run/bike/run, with a two-lap 5km run followed by a two-lap 18km bike and finishing with a 2.5km run. The shorter race will be similar in format, with the option of walking or running. Competitors will start with one 2km lap of walking or running, followed by one lap of the bike course (9km) and a further 2km lap of running or walking.
