Winter Challenge 8hr Adventure Race

Adventure Junkie announces a new 8 hours Adventure Race in Victoria. This race includes navigation, kayaking, mountain biking and trekking.

Two different courses are prepared to challenge teams of two – the Pro course with overall distance about 90km and leading time under 6 hours, and Lite course without kayaking stage, 4 hours leading time and overall distance about 60km.

Exact location – to be announced about 1 week prior the start about 180 km north of Melbourne.

$1000 prize money for Pro course and six free entries to next event in December announced. There is a good chance to have extra prizes for all six categories, but this still to be confirmed.

This race will have good maps, electronic timing, transportation of participants equipment to transition area, simple navigation on kayak and MTB, getting harder during trekking stage.

Registration is open, hurry up, spots are limited to first 50 teams.
