Pairs Enduro

A thumping hard straight-line drag race downstream from Middle Swan Bridge to Ascot Kayak Club…if you want it to be. The trick is to choose a partner with a similar capability and endurance.

At the start line pairs are sent off together at one minute intervals. An excellent event to test your wash riding skills, endurance and see how you work as a team.

Although this race can be attacked at a fast and furious pace it can also be paddled at a more strategic level, working in unison with each other to achieve your optimum pace. People new to the sport will love this one as all facets of racing are covered and you can test and improve your skills in race conditions.
