750M SWIM OR 4KM KAYAK – in Moke Lake. Course will be marked and patrolled

20KM MTN BIKE: One lap course heading North from Moke Lake following RED ARROWS around PRIVATE property.
*Please note there will be several low river crossings en route over the first half of the course. (Swim / Bike Transition 50m from Lake)

6KM RUN: One lap course around Moke Lake heading anti-clockwise from Transition
