Coppermine Epic

The Coppermine mountain bike event offers a chance for you to ride some of Nelsons best trails and traverses the spectacular Coppermine mineral belt. There are two courses to cater for different riding abilities.
The Epic course is a truly all mountain event designed to test all riders' skills and fitness levels. This course is aimed at the mountain bike racer and those with experienced riding skills. The Enduro course is the same length as the Epic but has less hill climbing and remains on the Dun Mountain Rail Trail. The Enduro course has been included as part of the New Zealand national cycleway project and is suitable for the recreational rider. Both courses descend the newly upgraded Boulder Valley which has had a major make over in 2011 catering for all abilities with an incredibly fun and flowing piece of single track.
