"Pedal, paddle 'n puff." The first event in the 2012 Canberra Sri Chinmoy Multi-Sport Series will be staged on Sunday 13 May; featuring the delightful Yerrabi Pond District Park, plus the bushland of Mulligans Flat and Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve. A perfect introduction to multi-sport racing.

Short Course - 2.5 km run / 2.5 km paddle / 15 km MTB / 3 km run

Long Course - 4 km run / 5 km paddle / 28 km MTB / 4 km run
