Ride 'n Stride." The Sri Chinmoy Off-Road Duathlons for 2013 will be held on Sunday 7 July. A genuine bush race in the heart of the nation's capital, featuring a long and a short course option. The first run course circumnavigates the Australian National Botanic Gardens. The ride and second run courses explore Black Mountain Reserve. Both races start from behind the ActewAGL substation at the end of Frith Rd, Acton at 10 am on race day.
Short Course - 2 km run / 7 km MTB / 2.5 km run
Long Course - 3.3 km run / 23 km MTB / 7.5 km run
