SWIM 1.6km -MTB 15km - KAYAK 9km - RUN 14KM
The 3rd and improved Bay Adventure Festival includes two events and will be held on Saturday 16 February 2013 in and around Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay in the area of Port Stephens in NSW. The adventure event challenges participants to complete the course as individuals, teams of 2 or relay teams of 2 to 4. This off road multi-sport event will see participants swim 1.5km in Shoal Bay , then Mountain Bike Ride through national park to Fingal Bay headland and back, then Kayak around Shoal Bay and the final leg running from Shoal Bay to into the Tomoree headland to near Fingal Bay and back.
The Summer Run will commence at Shoal Bay and include an exciting run course using beach, parks, forest and footpath, all the way to Corlette and back, finishing in the Shoal Bay Park. There is a 12 and 6km course option.mander Shores at Soldiers Point.
