A 'coast to coast' challenge
Run - Hokianga South Head by Signal Station Road and State Highway 12 (SH12) to Pakanae Church (8km)
Cycle - Pakanae Church to Waipapa by SH12, SH1, Old Bay Road and SH10 (80km)
Run - Waipapa by river track to Kerikeri Landing (8km) duathlon finish
Kayak - Kerikeri Inlet 'out and back' from Kerikeri Landing (about 14km)
Short Course Option - Top Energy 'Missionary Trail' Multisport and Duathlon
Cycle one - Okaihau by bike trail to Kaikohe (13km gravel rail-trail)
Cycle two - Kaikohe to Waipapa by Northern Crossing route (30km)
Run - Waipapa by river track to Kerikeri Landing (8km) duathlon finish
Kayak - Kerikeri Inlet 'out and back' from Kerikeri Landing (about 6km)
