If you are new to adventure racing or just fed up with the same old training routine, then this is a great event to start with. The races are designed to be fast and furious with teams having to change between disciplines several times during the event. There is never any time to get bored or tired as you will be constantly challenged throughout the race! These non-stop events will take between two to six hours to complete. These sprint adventure races are designed for teams of two. The course consists of 15-25km of mountain biking, 5-10km of trail running/trekking and 2-4km of kayaking. There are multiple legs of each discipline which add up to the distances quoted.
