WW1 Queenslander Challenge - Brisbane

Mates4Mates and Executive Excellence are very proud to bring you a unique opportunity to commemorate the sacrifices made by the brave men and women of Queensland in WW1 with the Queenslander Challenge. You and your mates will be tested both physically and emotionally in this challenging 100 km trek.

Achieve your once in a lifetime opportunity to complete this journey with your mates in relay teams or as individuals.

This event will be both a physical and emotional journey, starting at Woodford, taking participants through to Mt Mee, White Cedar and Mt Nebo, and finishing at The Gap. This is a journey of almost one hundred kilometres. Those who have risen to the challenge will carry a brick – not just any ordinary brick either! The brick itself will be engraved with the names of fallen soldiers of World War 1 – all of whom called Queensland home. All of the bricks carried by dedicated participants will form part of a new memorial dedicated to these fallen soldiers.
