Will your team beat the clock and all other teams from around New Zealand and be crowned the XRACE champions of New Zealand? Can your team handle an amazingly fantastic family weekend that you will remember for years to come?
If the answer is yes to these questions then consider yourself invited to the XRACE grand final. Any team that enters a regional XRACE has automatically qualified for the XRACE grand final. The grand final is held over two days and is twice the family fun.
The inaugural XRACE champions of New Zealand were a mother and 8-year-old daughter team from Gisborne - Zara and Leigh Potter. This completely unfancied team flew under the radar, hung in there through all the 20 challenges over 2 days - arrived in 5th place at the very last challenge and beat all the other teams from around New Zealand and were crowned XRACE champions of New Zealand.
