GOSF - The Paddle Classic

The Paddle classic is an 8km Surf ski or sit on top kayak race, which requires competitors to negotiate moderate (<4ft) breaking waves on 2 occasions. The course is 2-laps of a 4km triangle course set out with marker buoys in front of the Apollo Bay Surf Life Saving Club. The start will be a standing beach start with the craft at the waters edge. The finish will be a 30m run up the beach.
