Bravo Team Challenge

Bravo Team Challenge is the ultimate team adventure!
Set over 3 fun filled days amongst the stunning scenery of Wollongong and the Illawarra region, BRAVO will excite, get your adrenaline pumping and provide a sense of accomplishment unlike no other.
Combining physical obstacles with boot camp, mind and strategy activities, BRAVO is designed to showcase your skills, make you laugh and have you achieving the impossible.
Tailored for all ages and fitness levels, each day is different and set in varying terrain providing an opportunity to collaborate and use the strengths of your team to help you succeed.
Give a leg up, a pull through and a high five! Become a champion, recruit your team and experience Australia’s first ever multi-day adventure challenge.

STARTING WAVES:
All Teams will be given a start time and will commence in waves with other teams from their/similar category.
Day 1 – Friday 17th April, First Wave Start 11.00am Last Wave Finish 4.30pm
Day 2 – Saturday 18th April, First Wave Start 9.00am Last Wave Finish 2.00pm
Day 3 – Sunday 19th April, First Wave Start 9.00am Last Wave Finish 1.00pm

ON COURSE:
All courses and challenges will be set-up to allow each team to maximise their performance at their skill level. On course you will have the option to choose your level of difficulty for each obstacle/ challenge. Below are the three levels of difficulty set for the course:
Open/Elite – The Big Dogs areserious athletes with a high level of fitness and a keen sense of adventure. Think marathon, triathlete and adventure race masters
Intermediate - The Dark Horses areevent lovers who love a challenge with an average level of fitness. Those who enter the occasional fun run, engage in fitness classes regularly and love to get the heart rate up.
Beginners – The Rookies with an average tomoderate fitness level, open to trying their first event in the safe environment of a team with trainer. Getting back into shape, wanting a challenge to motivate an active lifestyle.
WINNERS:
Everyone’s a winner! Although, there will be an actual awarded winners, it goes like this:
The over-riding goal over the 3 days is to accumulate as many points as possible, whilst completing the course. A presentation for category winners and event achievement will be held at the end of each day. On the final day, an overall team will be crowned the event winners for each of the three categories.
