The duathlon event includes a tough, off-road 30km mountain bike. Winding through five farm properties, the course travels across ridges, through creeks, and has a number of climbs followed by awesome downhill's all of which are part of Southland's exceptional and distinctive Hokonui landscape. Transition will take place in the carpark at Dolamore Park where competitors then follow the Whiskey Creek Track, an undulating and challenging bush track around the outskirts of Dolamore Park.
