New date and venue announced for JetBlack 24 Hour

In a first, the JetBlack 24 Hour mountain bike endurance race will be held at James Estate Winery in the Upper Hunter Valley about 3.5 hours from Sydney and 2 hours inland from Newcastle. The event's organisers from Rocky Trail Entertainment also announced a new date for the iconic endurance event - 23+24 January 2016.

The reason for the date change from the original in November 2015 was a very personal one, the promoters explained. "We are expecting our first child in November 2015 and by the end of January we'll be able to take the new addition to our crew on the road with us", said Juliane Wisata, Marketing Director of Rocky Trail.

More than 600 riders to race solo or in teams on the so unique winery and bush trail network at James Estate and a "social 6+6 hour" option is offered also. Race start is at 12pm on the Saturday and an entertainment program for spectators will be offered with live music, giveaways and kids races. Look forward to a competitive and professional event with Rocky Trail and their electrifying event atmosphere at the 24 hour RACE THAT ROCKS!

Racing options
Race solo or in teams of up to six for 24 hours or the popular 6+6 Hour racing option for those who want to have break during the night. Plenty of time to have a shower, hearty dinner and a catch up with the team mates - race start is with the 24 Hour enduro riders at 12pm on Saturday and you stop at 6pm. Then, you'll go out again at 6am and finish with the crowds at 12pm on Sunday.
