XTERRA Trail Running in Hong Kong

The worldwide XTERRA Trail Running family extends a warm welcome to the adventurous harriers in Hong Kong, where the first-ever XTERRA in HK will take place on Sunday, October 25 in Sai Kung.

“We are happy to announce registration is now open for XTERRA Trail Run Hong Kong!” exclaimed organizer Ken Chan of Running Elements, Ltd. “It is a 30km race, and the top 3 men and women in each age division will be awarded free entry into the Paul Mitchell XTERRA Trail Run World Championship – an off-road half-marathon held on the 6th of December, 2015 on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.”

Hong Kong has long been renowned as home to one of the world’s most established adventure racing communities and the XTERRA Trail Run Series is certain to enjoy great success from the very beginning. Chan anticipates selling out the 500 available entry spots in short time. Early-bird rates are in effect for three more days.

The inaugural XTERRA Hong Kong 30K trail run is a point-to-point race starting at Pak Tam Chung PHAB BBQ site and finishing at the Boy’s and Girls Clubs Association of HK Bradbury Camp.
