Comprising of five sections which total 89.4kms, the race commences at Glen Mervyn Dam at 10.30AM with the 12kms run through some not too hilly bush land. This is followed by the 19kms mountain bike ride, the first half tough the second half easier. The 7kms canoe paddle then takes place, followed by a half hour lunch break.
