The AMBC XCO Summer Series events are races based on the discipline of Olympic format cross country in a shortened format (both total race duration as well as lap distance). Races are held over multiple laps of a 2 to 3km course. The winner is the competitor who completes the allocated number of laps for their respective class in the fastest time.
