The Perth Trail Series started in 2012 as a summer race series, consisting of 5 short but challenging trail races in the hills surrounding Perth, Western Australia. Events ranged from 9 to 19 kms, with all five races having a choice of two distances. We created a series to challenge both new and experienced trail runners. A points competition comprises part of the series.

Snakes 'n' Ladders Long course: 14.9 kms
Snakes 'n' Ladders Short course: 11.8 kms
This course will have you playing a life size version of Chutes and Ladders. In accordance with the game, you may find your performance helped or hindered by the naturally-formed "chutes" and "ladders" embedded in the topography. But don't forget, it's just a game and games are fun!
