Enjoy flowing Coondoo singletrack over two days with two events, come to one or do both.
On Saturday there is a Staged XC event (The Flow) with 3-4 timed stages allowing you to blast along the trails, in between stages there are non-timed liaison sections where you can catch up with your mates and compare notes. Follow this up with a 5 hour marathon event on the Sunday (The Five), where the berms, bridges and sweet sweet singletrack spring to life around the 10km loop. For the Five, solo and team options will be available.
