What type of bike can I ride?
Cyclocross bikes are similar to road racing bikes (drop handlebars, 700C wheels) with a couple of differences. The first is additional clearance to fit larger tyres and allow mud and debris to pass through safely. The second is (usually) a slightly higher bottom bracket to allow greater pedal and crank clearance when hopping over obstacles and making turns on hillsides.
