Wilsons Promontory National Park, only 3 hours from Melbourne offers fantastic trail running for people wanting to experience coastal trail running at its best. The Darby River course offers a great introduction to trail running for the novice trail runner or for road runners looking to explore trails. For more experienced trail runners it is a great coastal run with amazing scenery. It forms part of a great weekend family running adventure when joined with the Wilsons Prom 100 (44/60/80/100 km) which is held on the Saturday.
