Based at the car park at the foot of Wild Horse Mountain, WH@N is run along the Glasshouse 100 Eastern Section and was originally staged to provide training for those taking part in the miler on a section that most would take on after dark.
The surface is a mix of pine forest trail, grass, gravel, sand, compact dirt and two and two crossings of Tibrogargan Creek (which is typically dry).
If you're training for Kokoda, Trail Walker or indeed any event that's going to require the use of night gear, this is a must. On the other hand, you could just come along for the fun!
