EXSS X-Tri began its life at the stunning Lake Leschenaultia, Chidlow one year ago. It was the most loved race of the season for those that did it.
After 3 years racing on the road we head to the dirt trails at Lake Leschenaultia. Come and see a fantastic Off Road Triathlon at the most beautiful of venues. Being only 50 km from the centre of Perth, it makes it the most accessible Cross Triathlon in the State.
Triathletes will get to swim in the glorious, freshwater Lake Leschenaultia. They then will take to the new mountain bike trails that have recently been constructed by the Shire of Mundaring. Lots of single track with jumps and B- lines (for those with a little less of an adventurous spirit) with multiple places to pass and take in the great Western Australian bushland.
A fantastic lap course is being used so athletes can be seen numerous times by their friends, family and spectators. From there it is on to the Lake Loop trail which wraps around the Lake to finish the day.
