The Raffertys Coastal Run trail snakes through the Wallarah National Park taking runners on a journey from calm lake shore to rugged coast line. Raffertys Resort and Lake Macquarie City Council are proud supporters of Raffertys Coastal Run, an event brought to you by the team at Max Adventure. Runners will race through place and time as they traverse the clifftop tracks overlooking the South Pacific Ocean, speed through the forests of Munmorah State Conservation Area and descend into historic mining town of Catherine Hill Bay and under the long since abandoned timber coal-loading jetty which stretches an imposing 240 m into the sea.
