SUNSHINE COAST: In2Adventure are thrilled to announce that as Queensland emerges from COVID-19, that events are Good to Go and entries are set to open for the Sunshine Coast MultiSport Festival, hosted in the spectacular rainforest hinterland in October 2020.

2020 has been, and will continue to be a real challenge for everyone and we would like to send our thoughts and best wishes to all of you who has been impacted by the events of recent times.  Although many are still experiencing severe impacts across parts of the country, thankfully, some areas are starting to experience some recovery.

Like everyone we are so looking forward to getting back to doing what we love, returning to the spectacular destinations we miss, and enjoying the sports we are so passionate about and it is with great excitement that we are able to announce that entries will open for the Sunshine Coast MultiSport Festival next week.

The Festival includes a weekend of MultiSport events including the Sunshine Coast MTB Festival on Saturday, followed by round one of Australias National Trail Run Series, Trail Run Australia on Sunday.

However, its important to respect that if we want to ensure that our off road season stays on track, its going to mean a few changes, because as much as we want to get back to events, we also want to ensure that when we do, that it has a positive outcome for our athletes, our team, our volunteers and the communities where we operate.

That means were all going to have to work together to make it happen, and that means a new Event Normal.  Below is a summary of the changes you will see at the Sunshine Coast MultiSport Festival, including the new Self Support Strategy. These strategies are all about protecting what is ultimately more important than a sporting event, its about staying safe, protecting our health, and being respectful of others and looking after the well-being of our mates.

We know it will be a challenge, but the good thing is that we also know our In2Adventure family are pretty incredible people and they do thrive on a challenge& after all its why we all do these tough, mad sports that we do.

Entries for Sunshine Coast MultiSport Festival will open at 10am AEST on Tuesday 18 August with a One Day Entry Special where entrants can save 50% off the standard entry price. But be quick as these entries sold out in 15 minutes last year and numbers are limited due to COVID-19.

The Sunshine Coast MultiSport Festival is supported by the Sunshine Coast Council and Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland and features on the Its Live! in Queensland events calendar.   We look forward to welcoming you to the on 24 and 25 October and thank you all in advance for supporting the COVID-19 initiatives and ultimately protecting the people and the Off Road Sports we love.

One Day Entry Special

Opens 10am AEST Tuesday 18 August 2020

For one day the first 30 athletes to enter Sunshine Coast MTB Festival or Trail Run Australia Sunshine Coast will save a massive 50% off the standard entry price.

But be quick as this will be for one day and for the first 30 entrants in each event only, and entries sold out in the first 15mins last year.

As a bonus when you enter an event in 2019/20 and spend a minimum amount on entries you will also receive a bonus discount on any merchandise purchased with your entry.

• Spend $100 or more on entries in one transaction and receive a 20% discount on merchandise purchased in the same transaction.
• Spend $50-$99 on entries in one transaction and receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the same transaction.
• Spend $35-$49 on entries in one transaction and receive a 10% discount on merchandises purchased in the same transaction.
• Spend $25-$34 on entries in one transaction and receive a 5% discount on merchandise purchased in the same transaction.

• Be Quick! The one-day specials sold out within the first 15mins last year and event numbers are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.
• Entry Opening & Closure: Special one day entries will open at *10am AEST on Tue 18 August 2020 and will remain open until 11:59pm on 18 August OR when all one day special entries have been sold.  When the first 30 entries are sold for each event, the entry price will revert to the Early Bird special.
• Other Time Zones Outside AEST: Those who live in a state outside of Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), please adjust the opening time for your time zone.

Special Merchandise Discount – Important Information

• Same Transaction: To take advantage of the discount merchandise purchases MUST be made on the same transaction as the entry, discounts will be automatically added to the shopping cart.  Unfortunately, if merchandise purchases are not made on the same transaction as the entry, the discount cannot be applied to any post entry purchases.
• While Stocks Last: Merchandise stocks are limited and the Special Merchandise Discount will apply until merchandise is sold out.
