Long Course Trail Series Race 2: Knapsack 3hr, 6hr & 12hr

This event will be run over a 4.5km bush trail circuit with competitors seeing how many laps they can complete over the given time frame (3hrs, 6hrs or 12hrs)

The long course trail race series has been designed to provid a longer challenge for trail runners. Enabling increased exposure to scenic courses across a range of less accessable or lesser known tracks and trails in the Blue Mountains. These races have been designed to with the marathon distance in mind. However participants should expect to spend considerably longer time wise to complete these courses. Some events may also offer shorter distance runs in conjunction with the long course race.
