Tour de Timor

5 days, 5 great stages, big hills, tight fire roads, high heat, amazing views and the most friendly of people.

The 2012 Tour de Timor will be a unique celebration of peace as part of Timor-Leste’s 10th Anniversary of Independence. Under special arrangements this unique occasion will venture through Indonesia to the Enclave of Oecussi.

The route will take participants through dozens of seaside villages, past the historic town of Balibo and through the beautiful mountainous coffee country of the Mambae people.

Places for 2012 Tour de Timor will be strictly limited to 300 International entrants
