Whether you love climbing big hills or just setting yourself a challenge then get ready for the Forestry Tasmania King and Queen of the Mountain on Sunday April 1st. The King and Queen of the mountain sees riders tackle 23 km of fire trails, single track and dirt roads as they climb their way to the Ben Lomond Creek Inn with 1200m vertical gain.
Riders will assemble at the Blessington Hall for registration from 9am and will set off in two groups. With the U19’s, Mens and Womens breakaway categories setting off at 10am and the remaining categories leaving at 11am.
Once riders near the summit of Ben Lomond they will be greeted by a BBQ and the toasty fire of the Ben Lomond Creek Inn where there will also be presentations and prizes.
