Barclays MoonTrekker features two race distances, the Moonlit 26 and the Sunrise 40. Both races begin on Friday night on the 19th October, in Mui Wo, on Lantau Island. Both races finish at the same point (Cheung Sha Beach). The Sunrise 40 starts 2 hours before the Moonlit 26, at 9.00pm.
This year, we have extended the finish-line by a further 1.5km. The new route will take participants down to Palm Beach, on Cheung Sha Beach. Here you will have access to drinks, snacks, showers and changing rooms, BBQs. Buses will take you back to Tung Chung MTR station.
