The Wild Women On Top Sydney Coastrek is a 55 kilometre team of 4 trek challenge to restore sight. It is held on the Friday of the first weekend in March along Sydney's stunning coastline, including pristine National Parks; Ocean and Harbour beaches; plus iconic landmarks: Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Manly, Bondi and the Sydney heads.
Sydney Coastrek is an endurance challenge to:
- Promote health and fitness
- Team work
- Mental and emotional toughness and fun
- To raise money to restore sight through the great work of The Fred Hollows Foundation.
2 Great Events starting at Sunrise:
55 km BEACH - Palm Beach to Balmoral in under 18 hours
55 km HARBOUR - Coogee Beach to Balmoral in under 18 hours
The event is open to men and women (over 18 years), however each team of four must be at least 50% women! You can choose to walk the 55km Beach event or the 55km Harbour event, as long as you are a team of 4, but you must start and finish with the same 4 trekkers (no relay/tag teams).
