The Newcastle Surf n Turf will be returning on Sunday 03 May 2015 for the obstacle course race along the iconic Newcastle Beach and up through the hills of King Edward Park.
This year, the Newcastle Surf n Turf had two options - an elite double lap 10km running first, then the single lap 5km from 9:50am.
Racers were let off in waves of 50 every 10 minutes, and were one of the few obstacle course races in Australia to be timed so racers could compare results to mates and colleagues.
All funds raised from the Newcastle Surf n Turf go towards Newcastle Surf Life Saving Club to help with their essential lifesaving activities.
