Enjoy the camaraderie that MTBing is famous for. Leave any pretensions at home as beginners and elite get to mix on the same course for their events.

The whole family can pick an event and many will do more than one.
We kick off with the real little kids who may just be on a scooter bike or their first bike? We keep them close to all riding within the event village on a simple course that affords heaps of spectator cheering and big smiles with the little ones. We limit the numbers to make it fun and safe for all.

Our next events offer the slightly bigger kids (up to 12 years old). Depending on their ability they can choose 1, 2 or 4 laps of the2.5km loop. With some climbing and sweeping turns it will test their legs and their minds and whet their appetite for the thrill of riding single track. Participation is the key and again we will limit numbers to ensure its fun and safe for all.

Our 25km single lap offerings on Saturday are the main attraction that day. Ride as a team staying together to support each other or take your own time as a solo. Plenty of fun to be had with fancy dress prizes and no doubt some very strange costumes to bring a smile. Win as part of the fun random prizes, fancy dress prizes, school participation trophy, corporate team prizes. A special“Chicks In The Sticks” group start will also afford the ladies who appreciate their own track time a blast with their fellow female riders. At 25km this distance is in reach of most riders already, a few rides leading in will get most ready to achieve this goal.

While mostly participation focused on Saturday we do have two podiums with expectations of super racing. The 13 -19 year old age category as well as having many just riding for fun will also be crowning the overall Prince and Princess of Bayview for the 25km single lap.

Sunday steps up the challenges and yet still has something for most. With 50km and 100km events for both solo and two person teams you can choose a distance that will challenge you. Race it or Ride it!

The formats mean you could still ride from 25km to 100km on Sunday either for fun or to race someone or yourself.

The course is set to thrill with a large variety of trail style in the 25km loop. The single track is enjoyable to ride casually while challenging and exhausting to ride fast. Track knowledge will be an advantage and entry will afford access to many trail days leading into the event.
