This year's ACTRA Metrogaine is set to repeat the enjoyable combination of urban parkland, streets and nature park navigation of recent years. Course setters Jasmine Elson and Craig Mottershead are offering as much running and/or enjoyment (or both?) as you can handle in 5 hours. All for the bargain price of $20.
The hash house assembly is conveniently located and the course takes in South Canberra and Woden. Delicious catering.
For the first time - and for the Metrogaine only - ACTRA will welcome entries from individuals who are not members of teams. This means that you can run by yourself and be eligible for a placing in the Individual category; but can you match it with the established teams?
