Jarad Kohlar wins at Adventurethon Anglesea, Victoria

WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND!
Thank you to everyone who was involved in the first Anglesea Adventurethon this weekend. Whether you competed, supported or volunteered over the weekend, each person played a part in making the event a very enjoyable weekend! Here’s a little wrap up of how the weekend looked! Athletes and supporters gathered to compete or cheer on the adventurous over the weekend – with competitors travelling from Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia.

Saturday December 5th kicked it all off with the Raidlight Ultra Adventurethon, AMO Dirty Duathlon and ANS Enduro Adventurethon.

Cool, breezy conditions met the athletes as they arrived and put bikes in transition and kayaks onto the beach. The kayak leg proved challenging for many paddlers who tested out their skills in the breakers. Those paddlers who like to paddle in rolling swells were soon headed out on their paddle and the race was on.
